Really enjoyed this review of the Will Eisner Sketchbook. I’ve been think a lot lately about how to approach spotting blacks in my own work and I found it interesting that Eisner attacks them in his rough pencils. Might have to break-out the 3B.

New book from a very talented former LCAD student of mine. Very excited to see how this turned out.
Today someone said, “No one ever regretted working hard.” I looked that statement up to see if it was a quote from an author or a movie. But what I found was an article about the Top five regrets of the dying, which says one of the top regrets is “I wish I hadn’t worked so hard.”
I am horribly confused.
